How it works
Browse or search any of the four libraries. You do not need an account to look around. When you find something, add it to your list with a status (watching, completed, plan to watch, on hold, or dropped), give it a score out of 10, write notes, and track episodes for shows and anime. Your profile shows a breakdown by media type, and you can follow other people to see what they are enjoying.

Metadata and artwork come from TMDB, Kitsu, and IGDB. Detail pages also draw on MyAnimeList (via Jikan), AnimeThemes, TVmaze (episode data under CC BY-SA), and CheapShark.

Frequently asked questions
Is MediaListory free?
Yes. Browsing, tracking, rating, lists, and profiles are all free.
Do I need an account?
No account is needed to browse and view details. You only need a free account to save items, rate them, and build your library.
Where does the data come from?
Movies and shows come from TMDB, anime from Kitsu, and games from IGDB. Detail pages add a few extras: episode dates from TVmaze, anime scores from MyAnimeList, opening and ending themes from AnimeThemes, and game prices from CheapShark. All artwork and metadata belong to their respective owners.
Are the game prices in my currency?
No. Prices come from CheapShark, which quotes US dollars, so they are labelled USD. They are a guide to what a game currently costs rather than a checkout price.
Can I track anime episode progress?
Yes. Shows and anime support per-item episode progress, so you can record exactly where you are.
How do I sign in with Google or GitHub?
On the sign-in page, choose “Continue with Google” or “Continue with GitHub.” It’s a secure, standard sign-in, and we never see your password.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your library can be exported as JSON from your profile.
